They've changed September 30, 2024 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Central NY United States   We have the Innokin T/22 and love the battery life, and the long life of the replacement coils. These, however have changed, and not for the better. Some have a life span of 1-2 days and some 5 days. For the cost of these, we expected more. It's not TheEcig.com's fault, we have purchased them from our local shop and they're no better. TheEcig has the best price and still ship to NY, but I don't think I'll buy these again. SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE February 21, 2024 Reviewer: JILL from MASSACHUSETTS   Placed an order, upon delivery, i discovered that most of my items were missing. Sent email to company, got almost immediate response and problem was rectified immediately after, very impressive!
