I had one of these before and it's an amazing tank so I got another one at TheE-Cig. There was some cracking on the plastic tank section when I received it so I contacted TheE-Cig.  They were very helpful and immediately fixed this issue. Though they were out of replacements, they refunded enough for me to purchase a new part. I am pleased with my overall experience.
