I did have to contact customer aervice regarding the replacement suggested since the one I ordered was no longer in stock...no wonder, I had been searching for the old one all over. I was advised to try the new model and feel free to return it if I was not happy. There was another subject I had to contact the customer service.. Must admit I was impressed each time with the prompt reply and good advice. Nice doing business with theecig.com!
