only like cooling ice flavors as non ice just tastes like hot fruit going into my mouth but at my local shop they don't have the ice lava flow. This i mix with naked melon since that's a lot sweeter but lava flow is good to mix it doesn't have as much pineapple or coconut sweetness as I'd like but it's ok the flavor is good enough to add to anything
