This is a tool that will let you punch holes in a cartomizer so that they will work with the Dual Coil Tank Cartomizers.  The tool is a simple device with a ring that your cartomizer slides into, and a wing screw that has the end honed to a point.  Twist the screw until the point has penetrated the cartomizer side wall.  The punch comes with a lobster clasp for convenience.
