Innokin's newest MVP v3 features high wattage functionality.

It shares the same features as the MVP v2, but also has some outstanding new features.
1. Variable Wattage: Wattage can be adjusted from 6.0 to 20.0 Watts in 0.5 watts increments, this is the improvement of this mvp body
